I close today with a wonderful picture of my friend Tony doing a Walk-a-thon in his daughter Lauras memory. He lost her to cancer. Tony and I met while hiking Pico Mountain. He hopes to come to Vermont for a visit this summer and maybe help out with the Great Darn Barn Sale if we can get her up and running. I hope to feel well enough to start Memorial Day Weekend.This is if Buddha allows it....I seem to be in his hands of late.

Suffering sure does make you humble...and needy.....
But today I am no longer naive...or manipulateable...
I gravitate to those who I trust will catch me if I fall....
