I cannot test food especially meat with my body anymore-it's way too painful....going ovo-vegetarian for now...

An O-Ring tester is available by mail. Call 877/244=4325. Cost is $15 plus $7.50 for shipping and handling. It is a kinesiology device.
You hold it between your thumb and index finger and depress it. Note the reading on the "watch" face. Then while holding the unit, place the item to be tested in your other hand or if a cooked item, place a finger in to the cooked item. Then again press the unit. If you are unable to get the watch point to your original point for that time of testing, do not eat the item.
