I happen to think that good old-fashioned
WORK does a body, mind, heart and soul good.
Being useful and productive adds to self-confidence
and self-esteem and work interacts you with people...
and I find people are where it's at...
Working on mah house gives me PRIDE and the satisfaction that comes from a job well done...
When peeps come to visit and say ooohh and Ahhhh...
that's gewt....
